The Sessions

Sessions will be a combination of Traditional Hatha Flow and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. A symbiotic mix of traditional & contemporary techniques in yoga. You will have the option of practicing all the asanas with modifications and props.You will learn and practice different breathing and meditation techniques too.

No two classes will be the same. The focus will be to build strength, mobility through targeted classes.During this online training you will practice Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga , vinyasa yoga along with pranayama and meditation via zoom. You will have the option of practicing all the asanas with modifications or props.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga session will typically involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practiced more slowly and with more static posture holds.

Ashtanga Yoga

This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

Pranayama and Meditation

Pranayama is the yogic practice of focusing on breath. The practice of meditation gives you deep rest and it is essential to reduce stress levels.
Sessions will end with a short pranayama and meditation practice. Students will learn and practice different breathing and meditation techniques every day.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an essential end to any yoga pose sequence.It’s a good idea to end your daily yoga practice with Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep. While yoga poses warm up the body, Yoga Nidra cools it down. This closing yoga asana involves consciously taking your attention to different parts of the body and relaxing them.
